Damaged Merchandise:

If you pick up the merchandise at our warehouse, please inspect the packages carefully. If the box appears to be even slightly damaged, ask us to open it for inspection. We will gladly repackage to your satisfaction and help you secure the merchandise on your truck.

If we deliver the product, please open and inspect each item while the driver is present. If merchandise is damaged, please contact us at once for either a credit to your satisfaction or to arrange a return and re-delivery at our expense.

If the query is made after we leave, the customer will be responsible for the shipment.  

We are happy to send you any replacement parts, i.e. hardware, at our expense upon availability.
